I’m new to Pilates. How do I start?

We recommend booking a Free Trial class first. Register on our booking system, complete a simple health form, and choose a class suitable for beginners.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Leggings or shorts and a t-shirt are ideal. No shoes are required, but grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety.

Do you have parking?

Yes, parking is easy! Upper Brook Street and Middle Brook Street car parks are just a 2-minute walk away. Street parking is often free after certain hours in the evenings and weekends.
