Yes, Mosa offers a two-year warranty for materials and machining, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty applies when original whipper parts are used and faults are not due to improper use.
This often happens if the cream was shaken too much (becoming too stiff) or if the whipper wasn't held completely upside down during dispensing, causing pressure loss. Use cream with 32-36% fat and shake only 3-5 times.
No. You should only use Mosa original components. The components are tailored to work perfectly together for safety and performance. Mixing brands voids the warranty.
Please dispose of empty Mosa Chargers in a waste metal bin (often "blue waste"). Chargers placed in these bins can be recycled.
