Vancouver School Bus Charters is a locally owned small business formed in 2004. We were proud to serve as the official transporters of the Czech Olympic Organizing Committee during the 2010 Olympic Games and have continued to grow into a proud local company supporting local schools, businesses, groups, and individuals.

We have a seasoned team of staff that have provided exemplary service to our loyal customer base for over a decade. Safety is our number one concern. All vehicles hold insurance policies of $10 million in general liability coverage.

We don’t just have ordinary school buses! Each bus has a unique personality and name. Our fleet consists of 46–56 passenger buses equipped with Stereo/PA systems and luggage capacity.

With Vancouver School Bus, booking a charter is easy! Fill out the request form below, and we will respond within 24 hours with a quote.

Helpful Hints

  • Know your starting and destination locations
  • Know exact pick-up, drop-off, and return times
  • Have an accurate passenger count
  • Note special considerations (luggage, music, sports equipment)

Rate Guidelines

  • All school buses are the same price.
  • All charters are based on a 5 hour minimum.
  • If your 2 transfers are outside of 6 consecutive hours, the transfer rate applies.
  • Travel Time is calculated to and from our yard in Burnaby, BC.
