We are a small, family-run, pet-friendly gated site located in Ferreira do Alentejo, Portugal. Our community is designed specifically for the retired and semi-retired looking to escape the UK weather and high living costs.

Our friendly site of around 25 plots is home to mainly UK expats. Whether you enjoy regular get-togethers, a peaceful blast through the olive groves, or simply relaxing with your furry friends, you'll find a welcoming, safe environment here.

Plots are available on a yearly renewable lease starting at a modest €2,000 + IVA (including water). We offer mobile homes, chalets, and villas for sale, and can even help you with Portuguese residency, fiscal numbers, and bank accounts.
