With or without horses, discover a space to pause, process, and remember who you are before the world told you otherwise.
If these resonate, you're not alone. These are patterns I know through both professional practice and lived experience.
Overthinking, second-guessing, or constantly replaying past events instead of living in the present.
You’re always holding things together for others, but inside you feel drained and depleted.
You’re not sure who you are anymore. Your sense of purpose or direction feels lost or clouded.
Gestalt (guh-SHTAHLT) is a German word meaning "whole." Grounded in the belief that we are already whole and carry our own answers within us, this approach doesn't diagnose or fix.
Instead, we emphasize awareness of the present moment. By noticing thoughts, emotions, and patterns as they arise, we integrate parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked.
All offerings begin with a free introductory call, so we can explore what feels right for you. No pressure, no commitment.
For those who want to understand why they feel the way they do and who they are underneath it.
Present-moment coaching for those who prefer or need to work virtually, offering the same focus and depth.
A space to connect, be seen, and not feel pressure to fix yourself. For women craving real connection.
Quiet, grounding time with horses without an agenda. Gentle and supportive for adults, children, and teens.
Hi, I’m Jen. I’ve lived in Harford County, Maryland, my entire life. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor, a love of reality TV, and I’m happiest when I’m with my son.
Life didn’t go the way I expected. Through a difficult divorce, the loss of my dad, and becoming a caregiver, I was forced to look honestly at how I was living and holding everything together.
Traditional talk therapy helped me understand my story, but Gestalt coaching offered a different way—gently working with what I was carrying, not just talking about it. This work continues to shape how I listen and support others.
"Healing is not about becoming someone new - it’s about remembering who you are before the world told you otherwise."
