Prior to his legal career, Mark was a pioneer in the field of Parks and Recreation, serving as the first Director for the cities of Gatlinburg and Sevierville, and later as Assistant Commissioner of Conservation for the State of Tennessee.
With a background in Philosophy from the University of Cincinnati and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law, Mark brings a unique, analytical, and humanistic perspective to every interview.
