It Started with a Fox
Seriously. In 1898, a fox stole a chicken from our Jesuit founders. While chasing the culprit, they stumbled upon 2 kilometers of Roman caves hidden beneath the soil.
The fox got away, but we found the perfect natural cellar. Constant temperature, ideal humidity, and zero rent. Today, these caves house our finest vintages (and no foxes).
We blend tradition with a modern twist. We were the first in Lebanon to plant Cabernet, Syrah, and Chardonnay when everyone else said it couldn't be done. Spoilers: It could.
