What do you charge to look at my computer?

We charge a $0 bench fee for most laptops and desktops! We will diagnose your issue for free and give you a quote before doing any work. *Note: Custom Gaming PCs and Apple products have a minimum $45 diagnostic fee due to complexity, which goes towards the repair cost.

Do I need to bring my cords/cables?

For desktops, we usually do NOT need the power cord, mouse, or keyboard. For laptops, please bring your charger. For All-in-One PCs, please bring the power cord.

Do you do on-site service?

Yes! We offer on-site support for homes and businesses. We can schedule a technician to come to your location to fix networking issues, printer problems, or system setups.

Do you sell computer chargers?

Yes, we stock chargers for most major brands (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, etc.). Prices typically range from $20 to $40.
